In chemical enterprises, prilling towers are a type of highly important equipment. Therefore, during their use, we must prioritize anti-corrosion work, which not only affects production efficiency and product quality but also concerns the safety of factory workers.
Below, we propose the following solutions to address the anti-corrosion issues of prilling towers:
- Selection of anti-corrosion materials: When considering the anti-corrosion of prilling towers, it is crucial to choose appropriate anti-corrosion materials. Common anti-corrosion materials on the market include fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP), polyethylene, and polypropylene. We need to select suitable materials based on the properties of the chemicals and the operating environment.
- Regular inspection and maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of prilling towers to identify corrosion and damage, and promptly repair them. Additionally, maintain cleanliness inside and outside the towers to prevent the accumulation of pollutants.
