Graphite carbon plates are made from high-quality graphite carbon materials, with the addition of highly acid-resistant organic compounds. They are refined through high-pressure molding, vacuum impregnation, and high-temperature heat treatment processes, possessing exceptional acid and temperature resistance, making them ideal linings for equipment such as phosphoric acid reaction tanks and storage tanks in the chemical industry.
Graphite products, also utilizing high-quality graphite carbon materials and highly acid-resistant organic compounds, effectively reduce porosity and increase bulk density, thereby offering excellent corrosion resistance and strong wear resistance.
Applications:
- Wear-resistant materials and lubricants: Graphite is used as a wear-resistant and lubricating material in many mechanical devices, allowing for sliding at speeds of up to 100m/s within a temperature range of -200°C to 2000°C, with minimal or no need for lubricating oil.
- Sealing materials: Flexible graphite is used for piston ring gaskets, seal rings, etc., in centrifugal pumps, water turbines, steam turbines, and equipment handling corrosive media.
- Corrosion-resistant materials: Graphite is used for vessels, pipes, and equipment that can withstand corrosion from various gases and liquids, widely applied in sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, and hydrometallurgy.
- Heat insulation, high-temperature resistance, and radiation protection materials: Graphite can be used as a neutron moderator in nuclear reactors, as well as in rocket nozzles, missile nose cones, aerospace equipment components, heat insulation materials, and radiation protection materials.
- Refractory materials: In the metallurgical industry, graphite is used to manufacture graphite crucibles, as a protectant for steel ingots, and as magnesia-carbon bricks lining metallurgical furnaces.
